Returns Policy
You may request a return for almost all new, unopened items within 5 days of delivery. A full refund (except delivery and collection charges) may be given if the goods are in 'as new' condition, less any restocking charge. If the return is a result of our error, you received an incorrect or defective item, we will pay the return shipping costs. Bespoke goods made to order cannot be returned for refund if they are correctly supplied as originally ordered.
You should expect to receive your refund less any restocking fee and delivery charges within three weeks of Wardsflex receiving your package. Alternatively, a credit on your account will be made. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (2 to 3 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (up to 5 business days usually).

Delivery / Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products and a few products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
For orders to be delivered to a UK address then we use a small number of the recognised UK courier services, typically TNT, Yodel or XPD. This is a 24 or 48 hour service so please note we do not guarantee next day delivery.
For orders to be delivered outside of the UK, we will get competitive quotes from more than one shipping company and advise you of the cost and seek your agreement before the order is confirmed.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight and length based. The weight of any such item may be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full kilogram.

All delivery charges included in the final shopping basket are dependent on the products selected for purchase.
These charges are initially based on delivery to Mainland UK, some adjustment is built in for shipping parcels to Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands/Islands and Channel Islands where additional shipping charges will apply.
However, due to variable long length surcharges being applied by shipping companies, if your delivery address is in Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands/Islands and Channel Islands, a member of our sales team may contact you prior to processing your order should an additional delivery charge need to be added.
This is not something we wish to do but shippers are now changing the rules regularly and we can only price on the day for many offshore destinations.
Shortages, Errors or Damaged Goods
In the event that all or part of your order is missing or incorrect or damaged when delivered. These should be reported to Wardsflex within 14 days or we cannot take responsibility for tracking the missing goods.
