Non-Return Valve (NRV) or Backwater Valve

Installing a Non-Return Valve (NRV) or Backwater Valve is becoming an increasingly popular way of preventing wastewater back-flowing from a public sewer into the private drainage system which can result in significant flooding and consequential damage.

Whilst there are alternatives included in this listing, not all will be suitable for the various drains and sewers in existence. However where it can be established a Non-Return Valve can be fitted, it will usually work well to defend the property against unwanted foul or surface water backflows.
